Emily Fallis, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

After almost 14 years as a forensic examiner for the federal courts, I began private practice in 2003. I have performed many 100’s of forensic evaluations and testified numerous times in federal and state courts.  My experience includes death penalty cases, insanity cases, and sex offender cases.  I also have evaluated various competencies, diminished capacity, risk of violence, and civil issues (including licensing board evaluations for health professionals).  I am available for consultation and for presentations to professional groups.

Jim Womack, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

After over 20 years of experience in the Federal Bureau Prisons, I began private practice in 2005.  My experience includes countless criminal and civil evaluations, as well as expert testimony in federal and  state courts across the country.  I am qualified to evaluate insanity, diminished capacity, mitigation in capital cases, and various competencies, such as competence to waive Miranda rights.  Judges and attorneys have sought my services as a presenter and consultant.
